LINK2AI GmbH addresses a critical trust deficit in Artificial Intelligence. While Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is the standard for connecting Large Language Models to corpo-rate knowledge, these systems often produce factually incorrect statements ("hallucinate") and cannot securely handle classified data, making them unreliable for high-stakes industries. LINK2AI.RAG-Trust is a software module that solves this by acting as a "trust layer" for enterpri-se RAG applications. Built on a patent-pending Explainable AI method, it provides guaranteed factual grounding and auditable source traceability, ensuring answers are based exclusively on provided documents. The project is an upstream activity, with its space connection born directly from a mission-critical need identified within the space sector in collaboration with a company providing ope-rations of all types of satellite missions. Feedback from the satellite operators revealed that the inherent unreliability of AI is a fundamental barrier to its adoption in real-world satellite opera-tions. RAG-Trust is designed to solve this core problem, enabling the use of reliable AI as-sistants for tasks like anomaly response support. The solution primarily targets the aerospace and defense sectors, with plans to expand into other regulated industries.
